Jonah James!!!!!! He's literally the best of the best!!! Went into dispensary today and was shown nothing but love. First time going into dispensary, and it was actually wonderful. Facility itself is beautiful. Definitely will be back, and might just dismiss the other dispensaries for good. Thanks Sapura for the deals and lovely environment and thank you Jonah for the love and outstanding customer service. I will be back!

Never been into a dispensary before and Dani was very helpful. I wanted to get something to help me sleep and she hooked me up with a great deal and was very knowledgeable about every product. She was so welcoming and sincere.

Everybody on shift sunday night i could tell was a fun crew and super helpful to all the customers. Surprisingly busy for just before closing time. As soon as i started to say a products long name, Jamie said she knew exactly what i was talking about and found its location. Despite a few tech issues the third time indeed was the charm. If you see this Jamie, the gal pals were great. Gotta try them!

First time here, on line order didn’t register because of holiday so waiting was a little long. Perfect customer service once we got to the counter. Amanda was amazing, very knowledgeable and very helpful, definitely our new go to in the many choices in CW!

Sapura is one of our favorite spots to visit in the Coldwater area, and every time we come in, we’re always treated so so so well. Today was no different! We were helped out by Thax, and he was hilarious and made the process so simple as always. Got some great recommendations from him as well!! You can tell he knows his stuff. We'll be back in to say hi sometime soon :)
